Our Apartelliments are the perfect starting point for a city trip to Cologne. The smart apartments (or "apartelliments" as we call them) were extensively renovated in 2024 and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. A separate entrance provides key-free access to the apartments 24 hours a day using an individual access code. The basement apartment "bianco-nero" impresses with its contemporary and cozy furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen, the cozy bedroom/living room and the modern bathroom with shower and wash toilet invite you to enjoy a feel-good stay for a maximum of two people. The smart home control and the private infrared sauna offer extra comfort. Inductive charging stations for smartphones can be found by the bed, and USB sockets can also be found in the kitchen. The "verde" apartment is located on the first floor of the bungalow. The studio with kitchenette is ideally equipped for solo travelers and offers a coffee machine, microwave and smart home control for extra convenience. The homely room is flooded with light and the shower room has recently been renovated. Your luggage can be temporarily stored in our offices from 8.00-18.00 hrs.
