Welcome to our BALANCED apartments in Münsing. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet perfectly connected, our apartments are nestled between nature and town in the charming village of Münsing, south of Munich. Just a two-minute drive from the A95 motorway exit (Wolfratshausen exit) and only a few kilometers from the Starnberger See recreational area. The apartments are located in the heart of the charming village center, right next to the traditional maypole, offering you a true taste of Bavarian life. Your free parking space is located directly in the courtyard (access via Bachstraße). If you are arriving with a long vehicle, we offer free extra-long parking for your vehicle opposite the maypole on the main street, near the vending machine (please follow the signs). Located in the village center, Münsing offers easy walking access to shops, restaurants, playgrounds, and nature. From here, you can explore in every direction. Munich is just a 30-minute drive away – as are Lake Starnberger, impressive mountain landscapes and numerous leisure activities. It's the perfect base for excursions and your business trips. Right in the building, you'll find La Bottega – a delicatessen and wine shop where you can indulge in Italian cuisine and which is always worth a visit (please note the opening hours).
