Very fast internet (WLAN/WiFi 100 MB), Netflix, Prime Video, large free parking space directly in front of the house. Bel Art Etage consists of a separate living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a hallway, and a bathroom (75 m²). If required and upon request, an additional double bed and a sofa bed are available in the attic studio (Bel Art Atelier), which is connected to the apartment. The accommodation is conveniently located in the "Garden City" of Haan, with quick access (5 minutes) to the A46/A3 motorways leading to Düsseldorf and Cologne. Düsseldorf Airport and Düsseldorf Trade Fair can be reached within 15–20 minutes. Cologne can be reached via the A3 motorway in approximately 30–45 minutes. The town center, featuring recommended restaurants and a variety of retail stores, is only a 5-minute walk away. A local farmers’ market is held every Wednesday and Saturday. Airport/train station transfers are available upon request.
