The 70m2 flat is completely renovated and has all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The bedroom has a luxurious DUX double bed for a restful night's sleep, while the modern bathroom with whirlpool bath and rain shower ensures relaxation. The flat borders directly on the cycling and hiking path on the old railway line. The Ruhr valley with its beautiful hiking trails and attractive jogging routes is within walking distance.

This flat is located in the idyllic district of Wengern in the city of Wetter (Ruhr). Despite its location close to nature, Wengern is very well connected in terms of infrastructure and is therefore very popular. The flat borders directly on the cycle and hiking path on the old railway line. Local recreation is also offered by the Ruhr valley, which can be reached on foot, with beautiful hiking routes and attractive jogging trails. The larger neighbouring towns of Bochum and Dortmund are within easy reach thanks to the good connections to the to the supra-regional motorway network.
