Company info

Since I always looked for creative solutions, I tried to apply this also here. In our case I wanted to create for you a warm feeling of home. It is so important when you feel secure, cosy and welcome coming to a new place, - it helps you to look at the new site itself from a happy perspective. And our Baden-Baden has a good spirit, green pure energy, and you, as our dear guest can contribute into this oasis of peace and beauty. So draw up from it and pour in! If you are travelling to Baden-Baden with a health-improvement reason, maybe I could be of a help for you too, since I am working at the diagnostic center, dealing with doctors every day. As well as I am well aware of most of fitness/spa offers in our town. And as i live very close by to the rented unit we can stay in touch during your stay if you wish.

Property info

My appartments are located in the same building in the central quiet street with walk distance - 2 to 4 minutes- to all main places of interest. Grocery, banks, restaurants, pharmacie, bakery, Lichtentaler Allee, Theater, Congress House are all around. Apartments are designed, decorated and renovated will love and care to all details. You have sleepers, hygiene accessories, towels, bedding. Free wi-fi. Our house has wonderful old soul (1902). Please note that there is no elevator in the house.

Neighborhood info

Rented appartment has really wonderful location, as is on the street close to both "Kur area" and "Thermal area". Just 80 m down the quiet street and you are on Augustaplatz, central square, with evangelical church, congress hall, great fountains, several very good restaurats and supermarket on it, and further to Lichtentaler Allee, Theater, Kurhaus and Casino. Shuld you walk down from another side of the street, you will find yourself on Sophienstrase, bringing you to both Bath of Friedrich and Caracala. Main central Bus station is just in about 100m down the street, on Augustaplatz. It gives you all possible connections, one of which is direct bus line to Railway Station (Bus 201). There are 3 parking lots in the neighbourhood close to property - two are paid, one is free.
