The apartment has been newly renovated and is ideal for 2 people. Ideal for couples or people traveling on business. ☆ Space for 2 people ☆ Free street parking ☆ Desk workstation ☆ Two single beds (100 x 200 cm) ☆ High speed WiFi and Smart TV ☆ Equipped Modern Kitchen ☆ Washing machine (free) ☆ Bathtub and shower ☆ Between the city center and the main train station The accommodation The 42m² spacious apartment is on the 1st floor and has been newly renovated and furnished in a modern style. The location is very good, between the center and the main train station. Supermarkets are about 300m away. There is always plenty of free parking right on the street. A bus stop is 50m from the apartment, so you can easily and quickly get to the main train station or the city center. The apartment has a two single beds (100 x 200 cm). For boredom there is also a smart TV. A desk workplace has also been set up where you can work comfortably on your notebook or laptop. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the apartment. The well-equipped kitchen with stove and oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, pots and pans, pepper, salt, oils, tea, coffee, sugar, baking paper, aluminum foil, etc. are available to you for FREE. The clothes rack and chest of drawers offer you enough storage space for your things. You can find the iron in the dresser. The ironing board and tumble dryer stand are next to the clothes rack. The bathroom has a large bath and shower. Of course we provide fresh cotton towels (2 towels for each person) as well as soap, shower gel and shampoo. You will also find a hair dryer in the bathroom. The washing machine is in the basement and is free of charge (please contact us if required).
