EDLER WOHNRAUM With Edler Wohnraum, we have created a brand with very special apartments. In Chemnitz, Graz (AT) & Zwickau, we rent both short and long-term. Feel free to visit our website! You have the whole apartment all to yourself. With the apartment comes an underground parking space (Duplexparker) at no extra cost for you. The access to the staircase and elevator is only a few meters next to the parking space. The apartment is equipped with a Nuki system. Both the front door and the apartment door can be opened remotely and via an app. I prepare the check-in in such a way that you can simply ring the bell and you will be let in automatically. There is a keypad on the apartment door. After entering the code, the door opens automatically. You can test the Nuki system during check-in. If you don't like it, regular keys are stored upstairs in the apartment. You are flexible to use whichever you like better.

Neighborhood info

The immediate neighborhood is well-kept and quiet. The apartment is located in the district of Schloßchemnitz and is one of the most beautiful parts of the city. Schloßchemnitz was formed in the 1850s from the rural communities of Schloßgasse and Schloßvorwerk. Just under 1 km and you are at the Palace Pond Chemnitz. To the main station, it is 9 min by car or about 25 min by public transport. Just 550 m and you are at the Küchwaldpark: a large forest park with an event stage for 800 spectators as well as walking paths and a playground. Just 1 km and you are at the palace pond. Here you can go for a walk or stop at one of the popular inns. Otherwise, the apartment is due to its central and at the same time quiet location an excellent starting point for all kinds of activities in Chemnitz. The apartment has been freshly modernized and furnished with great attention to detail. Please be so kind and treat the inventory with care, especially the real wood parquet & the sofa. So hopefully many guests after you can enjoy it as well. If you should arrive in Chemnitz before 16:00, you are welcome to leave your luggage already in the apartment.
