Charming Holiday Home in the Idyllic Mühlental – with EV Charger & Garden by the Stream Welcome to our lovingly furnished holiday home in the quiet and picturesque Mühlental near Koblenz. With 100 m² of living space, the house offers a generous retreat with plenty of room, nature, and comfort. The house features two separate bedrooms. One bedroom includes an en-suite shower with washbasin, ideal for a relaxed start to the day. In addition, there is a large, comfortable bathroom with a bathtub, perfect for unwinding after an active day. The space is complemented by two cozy living rooms with high-quality sofa beds, providing comfortable sleeping options for adults as well. Two fully equipped kitchens make the house especially flexible – ideal for families, friends, or a relaxed stay with multiple generations. A true highlight is the spacious garden (approx. 100 m²) with direct access to a small, picturesque stream. The terrace invites you to enjoy breakfast outdoors or to relax in the evening surrounded by nature. For guests with electric vehicles, an EV charging station (wallbox) is available. Two free parking spaces directly in front of the house are provided. A supermarket and beverage store are located about 1 km away. Koblenz city center can be reached in approximately 10 minutes by car. The nearest bus stop is about 950 m away. Alternatively, a taxi or Uber will take you directly to the city center in around 10 minutes. Wine tastings are available within walking distance, and surrounded by vineyards and nature, hiking and cycling routes start right at the doorstep. The impressive Ehrenbreitstein Fortress and many other regional attractions are waiting to be discovered. Welcome We’re happy to have you here. From the moment you arrive, we want you to relax, unwind, and leave everyday life behind. What we enjoy most about being hosts is offering our guests a place where they can feel comfortable, slow down, and enjoy new experiences. It means a lot to us when guests arrive, take a deep breath, and quickly feel at home. We are Ivana (58) and Roger (56). Ivana works as a palliative care nurse and is used to supporting people with calmness, care, and compassion. Roger works in sales and enjoys making sure everything is well organized and runs smoothly. In our free time, we love to travel, preferably with our dogs. Walks with Helga and Sissi, cooking, good food, and enjoying the small moments in life are especially important to us. Even though we do not live nearby, we are always easy to reach and place great value on personal, straightforward communication, so you feel well looked after throughout your stay. 🌞 Tip for a Day Trip in Koblenz A lovely day trip starts with a walk from the holiday home to the fortress lift (approx. 1 km). 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️ ⬆️ From there, you can easily reach Ehrenbreitstein Fortress – a short visit is definitely worth it. 🚡 Afterwards, take the cable car down to the Deutsches Eck and continue into the old town, where many restaurants invite you to take a relaxing break. 🍽️ For the return journey in the evening, we recommend taking the bus 🚌 or a taxi 🚕 for a comfortable and stress-free ride back to the holiday home.
