We are Tim and Karsten from Ko-Living. A long time ago, when we were children, we just loved living in holiday apartments with our parents and spending our holidays together in different cities and regions. Having a barbecue together in the evening, getting to know other people and their stories and just spending a good time at another place made every holiday and stay a very special experience. Later, in the world of quick consumption and full work life, we lacked that feeling of lightheartedness. Which is why we decided to offer holiday apartments ourselves to bring back old memories. Since then, we’ve been managing several vacation rentals in the most beautiful regions and cities of Europe in order to give everyone a place to relax, feel at home and experience unforgettable moments. Whether alone, with family or with friends.

Koblenz-Asterstein is the youngest district of Koblenz. It lies on a hill overlooking downtown Koblenz on the other side of the Rhine between Pfaffendorf and Arzheim. Quietly located, but still within (a longer) walking distance to the center of Koblenz, our house offers the ideal mix between hustle and privacy. If the hill doesn't bother you, the city is reached in approximately 40 minutes by foot. Back you should plan about 5 minutes more. With 2 private parking spaces and easy access to the main road, the cottage is the perfect starting point for various trips in the region such as the numerous castles, for cycling, hiking, boat trips, sightseeing flights, day trips in the Eifel, Hunsrück, Taunus and Westerwald. Sparkasse, bakery, grocery store (Netto), butchery, schools and other local supply are within walking distance in a few minutes. Distances on foot: Shopping center 900m Downtown 1900m Old town 2400m Rheinsteig 1000m Fortress Ehrenbreitstein 2500m The walk back from the city is about 5 minutes longer on the way than on the way.
