Galyna Management GmbH & Co. KG, founded in 2016, owns the "Königsseer Hof" hotel and manages 4 separate holiday apartments located outside the hotel premises. The apartments underwent extensive renovation in 2024 and were put into operation in 2025. The design of the apartments is executed in a traditional Bavarian country style, utilizing high-quality furniture and modern household appliances.

These apartments, ideally suited for self-caterers, offer you maximum comfort and privacy. The apartments were decorated by a professional designer in a traditional Bavarian country style and feature high-quality furniture and appliances. A key advantage is its accessibility: Since the apartment is on the ground floor, it is perfectly suited for families with small children and guests of a respected age. Amenities: A large double bed, a comfortable sofa bed (for 1–2 people), a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, crockery, and a modern, spacious bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Separate entrance from the hotel. Included in the price: Bed linen, towels, final cleaning, and parking are already included.

Location and Accessibility The apartments are situated directly on the shore of Königssee, just 200 meters from the water. In just a 3-minute walk, you can reach the boat pier, from which ships regularly depart along the scenic route through the Berchtesgaden National Park, stopping at the famous St. Bartholomew's Monastery (St. Bartholomä). Activities and Adventure: Only a 10-minute walk away is the Jenner Cable Car (Jenner-Seilbahn, 1,730 m) and the Bobsleigh and Luge Track. Numerous hiking trails into the mountains of the Berchtesgaden National Park start just 10 minutes from the apartments, leading to the region's most beautiful peaks: Grünstein (1,300 m), Jenner (1,760 m), Hohes Brett (2,300 m), and Watzmann (2,710 m). Infrastructure and Transport: Various restaurants and snack bars catering to all tastes are located in the immediate vicinity of the apartments. The "Königssee" bus stop is just 100 meters away. From here, buses regularly run to Berchtesgaden (Nr. 843), Bad Reichenhall (Nr. 841), and Salzburg (Nr. 841).
