Our cozy apartment is located in a sunny location in Bad Kohlgrub. She is the ideal place for a break and the perfect starting point for hikes, bike tours, ski tours and sightseeing. From the hall you can reach the bathroom, kitchen and living room. The bright living room leads to the bedroom and the balcony with a beautiful view of the landscape. You can park your car comfortably in the underground car park, protected from the weather.

Neighborhood info

Bad Kohlgrub is an Upper Bavarian town with around 2,600 inhabitants in the Garmisch-Partenkirchen district and is considered the highest moor spa in Germany. The Hörnle is Bad Kohlgrub's local mountain. Numerous hiking trails and a mountain hut attract hikers and, in winter, ski tourers and skiers to the popular mountain. A spectacular view over the Ammergau Alps makes up for the effort of the ascent when the weather is nice. Those who want it more comfortable can take the Hörnle suspension railway. Excursions are available to the nearby Garmisch-Partenkirchen, to the artist town of Murnau, the Passion Village of Oberammergau or to the Zugspitze. In summer, the nearby bathing lakes, such as the Soiener See or the Staffelsee, which is only 8 km away, attract families in particular. In bad weather, the "Trimini" adventure pools in Kochel am See or the "Wellenberg" adventure pool in Oberammergau can be reached quickly.
