Relax in this 95 sqm ground-floor apartment featuring a sauna and wellness area. The apartment offers a terrace and sunbathing lawn in Aufen, a district of Donaueschingen. You can use the sauna and washing machine for an additional fee. A free parking space is available directly in front of the house. Your apartment is an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours, and trips to Lake Constance, the Black Forest, and Switzerland. Our cat Mara roams around the house. Enjoy a drink on your private terrace in good weather or ask for an electric grill for a cozy barbecue evening. On request, we are happy to provide a travel cot for children. Donaueschingen-Aufen train station is only 300 meters away and easily reachable on foot. A hospital with its own dialysis unit is nearby. The city center with shops, parks, and more is just 2 kilometers away.
