Our cozy village Deinste belongs to the municipality of Fredenbeck in the district of Stade. The place is characterized by modern agriculture and idyllic landscape. Our house in Birkenallee is located on a 25,000 m² natural property with a beautiful large flower garden. It is located directly next to the nature reserve and on the route of the historic "Moorexpress-Bahn", which runs from Stade to Worpswede and on to Bremen. The house was built in 1966 and was completely renovated and converted into three stylish vacation apartments in 2013. We also offer the apartment 'Apfel' for 2 pers. and 'Lavendel' for 4 pers. (extra bed for 5th and 6th pers. possible). Deinste is easy to reach via the main roads B 73 and B 74. From the highway A 1, exit Hollenstedt, you can reach us in about 40 minutes. Extract from our AGBs: Waste separation. When moving out, leave the apartment swept clean and in proper condition. In case of non-compliance, a cleaning fee will be charged. Consideration for other guests. Observance of the night's rest. Close windows/doors when leaving the apartment. Conscious use of electricity, water and heating. The landlord is not liable for items brought by the guest.
