Enjoying scenic views of the Bavarian Alps, this country-style guest house is just 1.2 mi from the Grötschen ski region. A sauna, buffet breakfasts and spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi are offered here. Bright rooms with traditional pinewood furniture feature at Gästehaus Marchler. Each is complete with a flat-screen TV and some also include a private balcony. Downstairs in the welcoming dining room, guests can enjoy a hearty buffet breakfast every morning. In the evenings, refreshing drinks are served at the bar. There is also a common kitchen for guests’ use. Gästehaus Marchler is ideally located for skiing trips and storage is available for ski equipment on site. In the summer months, visitors can relax in the garden which also has a children’s playground. Transfers to Salzburg Airport can be arranged for an extra fee. Bischofswiesen Train Station is a 7-minute drive away.

A guest house with Bavarian coziness for the demanding guest, far away from traffic "absolutely quiet" with panoramic views. Our guest rooms and vacation apartment with 2 sep. bedrooms we have designed cozy.lounge with fireplace and bar, guest kitchen, table tennis, barbecue, sauna, large lawns for sunbathing and playing, starting point of numerous hiking trails. In winter, cross-country ski trail in front of the house, in the immediate vicinity the ski centers Götschen and Hochschwarzeck.
We warmly welcome you to the Marchler guesthouse and wish you a well-deserved rest in our house! Far away from the traffic you can enjoy the nature and let your soul dangle. We are happy to give you tips on possible hikes and excursions. In the immediate vicinity (about 15 km) are the popular excursion destinations such as Königssee, Jenner, Kehlsteinhaus and Hintersee. The cultural city of Salzburg is about 35 km away from us. From our house you can start directly hiking tours in the nature. In every season our area has its special charms. We are looking forward to your visit
