Enjoying panoramic views of the Weißbachschlucht Gorge, this traditional Bavarian hotel in Weißbach offers award-winning food, 2 sun terraces, and a spa area with free Finnish sauna and hay sauna. Nearly all of the quiet rooms at Biohotel-Regenerationszentrum Mauthäusl include a balcony or terrace. A free bottle of mineral water is provided. Satellite TV is available upon request. Guests at the Mauthäusl can book a wide range of massages, spa treatments, and traditional Chinese therapy options. The Hotel Mauthäusl’s restaurant won the Silver Medal at the 2010 Bayerische Küche awards. Bavarian specialties and light, seasonal dishes are served here. The Mauthäusl Hotel-Gasthof is a great base for hiking and cycling trips in the Berchtesgadener Land countryside. The spa town of Bad Reichenhall is a 10-minute drive away.
