Welcome to my stylish Apartivo Apartment! I am Theresa, born in Germany but with the feeling of being at home everywhere. I studied in Marburg, lived in 5 different countries, fell in love with Koblenz. Nevertheless, I am a passionate globetrotter and just finished a two year world trip. One of my greatest joys is discovering the diversity of cultures and getting to know new places. Traveling the world has taught me how enriching it is to meet people from all over the world. Having been a guest of many, I now open my doors and look forward to welcoming guests from all over this beautiful planet to my apartments. I know how important it is to relax in a comfortable and welcoming environment after an exciting day in a new city. Feel at home in my spacious apartment, which offers space for up to six people. Quietly located in the relaxed Neuendorf district, it is a stone's throw from the Rhine and ten minutes by bus to the old town and offers everything your heart desires: → 2 bedrooms with comfortable queen-size beds. → kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso machine and much more. → comfortable sofa bed for the 5th and 6th guest. → SmartTV, Netflix, soundbar → 25 sqm terrace & Hollywood swing → large Weber gas grill, barbecue equipment & access to the garden. → close to the banks of the Rhine → free parking on the street → enough space for up to 6 bikes (safe and indoors)

Neighborhood info

The apartment is located in the Neuendorf district, a quiet residential area north of the old town. It is located a few minutes walk from the Rhine. With its meadows and views of the other side of the Rhine, the riverbank offers a lovely spot for a picnic, a morning run, or relaxing walks along the water. The Brenderweg bus stop, just three minutes away, connects the apartment to the old town, where you can arrive in about a ten-minute ride to explore the city center (bus 2/12). Buses run regularly into the night.

1. Check-in is from 2:00 p.m., check-out is at 10:00 a.m. at the latest. Early check-in or later check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning will be liable for all resulting costs.

2. Smoking, parties and excessive noise are not permitted. (Smoking is only allowed on the balcony). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €250 plus the costs for special cleaning and damage repairs.

3. Guests whose number exceeds that specified in the reservation are not allowed. We charge €30 per night of reservation for each unauthorized guest.

4. Animals are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are asked to contact us before their stay.

5. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys.

6. Noise level measurement systems may be installed in homes to signal excessive noise levels. Night quiet from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

7. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to us.

8. A booking constitutes agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for all associated damages. Violation of the house rules may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation and eviction without refund.
