Starting point for numerous cycling and hiking tours. About 100 metres behind the house, the common section of the Saalachtal-Bodensee-Königsee cycle path passes by. You will find a bakery and an inn after only c.a 200 metres. Bus stops are just a few steps away, e.g. to get to the city centre, which is 3 km away. The city of Salzburg is only 20 km away. You will find several bathing possibilities such as the Marzoller open-air swimming pool or the Thumsee lake after only a few minutes drive. In winter, it is worth taking a trip to the surrounding skiing areas such as the Hochschwarzeck, Götschen or the Jenner, which are about 30 minutes away by car. Larger ski areas such as the Steinplatte or the Austrian Lofer/Heutal are also easy to reach by car. On the large meadow, a few metres from the house, your children can romp and play on the shady, public playground. Free parking is also available in front of the house.
