The Donata house, built in the 1950s, is located in the middle of the Wümmewiesen on the central arm of the river of the same name. The country house, located at the end of the picturesque village and in the immediate vicinity of the Modersohn Museum, offers an unobstructed view of the nature-protected landscape. The house offers space for up to 7 adults on around 200 square meters. In addition to the kitchen, living and dining room and guest toilet on the ground floor, there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor. The garden, which includes several fruit trees and a flower meadow, covers about 3000 square meters.
