Our house Schiller is located in the beautiful Berchtesgadener Land, in the center of the community Marktschellenberg (climatic health resort). Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet, watch the animals in the area and still be right in the village. The apartments are located on the raised first floor and 1st floor of our house, which was renovated in 2025. You can enjoy the unique mountain panorama from both apartments. The view of the legendary Untersberg and the Hoher Göll are a highlight of our two apartments. There is plenty of space for children to run around. A terrace with seating will be completed in August 2025. We look forward to welcoming you as our guests. We will be happy to advise you on all aspects of your vacation to help you plan your vacation. It is very important to us that you feel at home with us and have a wonderful stay in our beautiful mountain region.
We are Edith and Günther with our two daughters Leonora and Josefine. We are the fourth and fifth generation to live in the house. We look forward to welcoming you to our two vacation apartments.
Thanks to the convenient location, you can reach the popular excursion destinations in the Berchtesgaden region (e.g. Königssee, Eagle's Nest, salt mine, Watzmanntherme, Jenner, Berchtesgaden Documentation, etc.) in a short time. The beautiful Austrian city of Salzburg is also just a 10-minute drive away (zoo, shopping, Hellabrunn Palace, Hohensalzburg Fortress, Getreidegasse, etc.). The bus stop "Marktschellenberg" is 300 meters away. For all sports enthusiasts, the surrounding area offers wonderful mountain and bike tours (in all levels of difficulty), as well as small but fine ski areas in winter (Götschen, Schwarzeck, Rossfeld). Cross-country skiers will also find well-maintained trails in the region. Tobogganing is possible in summer and winter.
