The house Sternblick in Bischofswiesen is located directly on the edge of the forest at the foot of the Untersberg. The house was newly renovated in 2021, is equipped with underfloor heating and free Wi-Fi in all rooms. On the ground floor and on the 1st floor of the house there is a vacation apartment each, on the upper floor live the landlords themselves. Terrace and balcony in a sunny location with mountain views for the sole use offers our guests special recreational opportunities. The location is ideal for hiking, sightseeing, as well as city visits, since the house is located directly between Königssee (14km), Watzmann (10km), Berchtesgaden (6km) and Fortress Hohensalzburg (16km). The next skiing area you can reach in 3km distance.
We are a local family with three children who love the mountains and appreciate the beauty of the Berchtesgadener Land very much. We ourselves live on the top floor of our house, in which there are two vacation apartments on the ground floor and on the second floor. At any time we are happy to help you with advice and assistance to make your vacation unforgettable with hiking suggestions, sightseeing, suggestions for a bad weather program and everything your heart desires.
Nestled in the valley basin of the mountain world in Berchtesgaden lies the municipality of Bischofswiesen with its district Winkl, surrounded by the stunning mountain scenery, green meadows and dreamlike forests. The region is especially popular with hikers, mountaineers and nature-loving people. Directly behind the "Haus Sternblick" extends the reitweg, a hiking trail to Bischofswiesen and further to the Aschauerweiher (outdoor swimming pool and cross-country skiing trail, fairy tale trail for children) into Berchtesgaden. The next shopping possibility is reachable in a few minutes. By car, or with the regional bus, which is free of charge for guests who pay spa fees, you can reach the surrounding sights at the Königssee, in Berchtesgaden, Ramsau or Salzburg in a short driving time.
