The residence has two floors: – Apartments 1 to 5 are on the ground floor – Apartments 6 to 11 are on the upper floor and easily accessible by elevator – Apartment 11 is a maisonette with an east-facing balcony and morning sun, while all other apartments have west-facing balconies ideal for the afternoon and evening light All units feature at least one separate bedroom, with some offering two or three – perfect for couples, families, or small groups.
