1. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., check-out is no later than 11:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out is possible for a fee subject to availability. Guests staying beyond the agreed check-out time or delaying our cleanings are liable for all resulting costs and expenses. 2. Smoking, parties and excessive noise are not allowed, even on balconies or in common areas (e.g. hallways). Violations of the smoking ban will incur a fee of 250€ plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair. 3. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. 4. Guests whose number exceeds that stated in the reservation are not allowed. We charge 30€ per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest. 5. Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may incur a separate cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay. 6. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking permits. 7. Noise level measuring systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels. CCTV may be installed in public areas. 8. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service immediately.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
