The very bright 2-room apartment is located in a quiet area in a suburb of Konstanz. All rooms can be reached via the hallway. It has been classified as 4-star DTV since 2018. It is located on the 1st floor of a 6-family house. As it is built into the slope, it has 2 terraces at ground level (the south terrace from the living room and the east terrace from the bedroom). From the south terrace you have a beautiful unobstructed view of the greenery, The entire apartment has underfloor heating and the floor is laid with gray granite floor tiles. There is a daylight bath with 2 windows. The living room has an integrated kitchen with all kitchen utensils, 2 coffee machines (including Senseo), dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven and a complete dining area. The 5 large window fronts in the living room make the apartment very bright and friendly.

Look forward to a great holiday on Lake Constance. In this apartment you can enjoy a nice stay in any weather.

Excursion destinations such as Mainau, Lake Constance, old town, easy to reach, free bus transfer to the city center. 2 bus stops 100 meters from the apartment, train station approx. 20 minutes walk away, as well as shops approx 5-10 minutes walk away.
