The apartment features an inviting living area with a comfortable couch and a 55-inch Smart TV with streaming options. The dining area for four provides the perfect setting for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer compartment, dishwasher, and NESPRESSO machine leaves nothing to be desired. For a restful night’s sleep, the apartment offers a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) as well as a sofa bed (140x190 cm) with hotel-quality bedding. The bathroom with a rain shower ensures the perfect start to your day, while a washing machine, iron, and ironing board provide additional convenience. A special highlight is the spacious terrace with a private jacuzzi – the perfect place to unwind and relax at the end of the day. For your comfort, we provide fresh towels and luxurious RITUALS care products. The building’s main entrance is monitored by video surveillance. The surveillance is limited exclusively to the entrance area of the building and serves the safety of our guests as well as the protection of the property. Naturally, we fully comply with all applicable GDPR and data protection regulations. The apartment itself and all private areas – especially the terrace and jacuzzi area – are never under video surveillance.
