Nonmembers of Hosteling International (HI) or German Youth Hostel Association (DJH) must purchase the membership card at the hostel upon arrival. The card for the DJH Membership (German guests) costs EUR 7 per year for guests under 26 years and 27.50 EUR for families and people over 27 years. From 1 June each year, you can buy the DJH membership for half price when you become a member for the first time.

The HI card (International guests) costs 18 EUR per person, valid for one year.
