We have reserved the top floor of the tower for your dream vacation. There you will find a romantic apartment with a four-poster bed and a magnificent view of the Watzmann! Vacation like the kings! - Treat yourself to this royal vacation. It will gift you with riches that will remain in your memory forever! The place for his "Royal Villa", built in 1853, was wisely chosen by the then regent Max II: The elegant building is enthroned on the outskirts of Berchtesgaden on the slopes of the Kälberstein / in the green and yet only a few minutes' walk from the historic town center with its magnificently painted houses and its interesting castle, its nice stores and inviting restaurants. The Ruler's House rests at the same time in the heart of the magnificent mountain world. Whether Kehlstein, Königssee or salt mines - all sights and natural wonders of the Berchtesgadener Land can be reached quickly and easily from here. Even the princely city of Salzburg is not far away.
