This beautiful, modern two-room apartment measures approximately 56 square meters and has just been completely renovated and refurbished (End of 2024). The spacious bedroom features a large double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a spacious wardrobe with hangers, and an armchair. The interior bathroom has been completely refurbished and furnished in an industrial style. It has a large shower with a glass wall, a washbasin with storage space, and new sanitary facilities. A shelf is available for additional storage space. The living room has also been completely renovated and furnished with new furniture. The sofa bed can sleep up to 2 additional guests. When pulled out, it is approximately 140 cm wide. The dining area is also designed for up to 4 people. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen. It is well equipped and also suitable for longer stays.
