The apartment was completely renovated from January to March 2025 and modernized with great attention to detail – from new wiring and elegant flooring to a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen. We place great value on quality and comfort: In the bedroom, you’ll find a spacious 2x2 meter bed with two premium Emma-One mattresses, ensuring exceptional sleep quality. Additional pillows and blankets, a baby crib (available on request), a wardrobe, bedside lamp, and a jewelry tray provide a cozy and thoughtful atmosphere. The living room offers two comfortable sofa beds (1.50 x 2.00 meters and 1.95 x 1.00 meters) – ideal for families or groups. For the 1.95 x 1.00 meter bed, we provide an exclusive high-quality topper to enhance your sleeping experience even more. In the adjacent dining area, a large solid wood table with chairs awaits – perfect for shared meals and conversations. The brand-new kitchen is equipped with everything you need: oven, stove, coffee machine, modern kitchen appliances, and plenty of cooking utensils. The bathroom leaves nothing to be desired – washing machine, hairdryer, towels, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are all provided for your convenience. Technical features include a modern smart TV with streaming services, free Wi-Fi, and complimentary parking right outside the door. Hello and a very warm welcome! I’ve been the owner of this property since 2020 and redesigned the apartment with great passion and attention to detail. Interior design, room planning, and quality are my true passions – this apartment is a heartfelt project. Together with my partner and two close friends – also a lovely couple – we dedicate ourselves fully to ensuring our guests feel completely at ease. My partner studied interior design and works closely with me on all aspects of management, furnishing, and planning – we’re the perfect team. Our friend is a trained facility manager and makes sure everything runs smoothly from a technical standpoint. His wife brings her experience from the hospitality industry, preparing the apartment with care and ensuring it’s spotless, fresh, and perfectly set up for each check-in. We are an open-minded, committed team with a clear goal: to deliver the highest quality and full guest satisfaction. For us, it’s not about quantity – we focus on high standards, personal care, and creating a genuine “welcome home” feeling. Step by step, we plan to bring more apartments to the market – each one held to our unique quality standards.
