Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über eine Be- und Entlüftungsanlage. Das heißt dabei wird Frischluft aktiv angesaugt und über das Kanalsystem verteilt, wo es zu den Schlafzimmern und Wohnzimmer gelangt. Gleichzeitig sorgen eingebaute Filter dafür , dass Insekten,Pollen oder Staubpartikel nicht ins Haus gelangen. und die abgesatndene Luft wird abgesaugt. Das wirkt sich aus für ein angenehmes Schlafen und Wohlbefinden. ( Allergikerfreundlich) Die Ferienwohnung hat überall eine Fußbodenheizung, wo Sie selber die Temperatur am Display an der Wand einstellen können.
