Panorama Joy 1 (first floor) and 2 (second floor) are two lovely decorated and newly renovated appartments, located in Schmallenberg, North Rhine Westfalia, Germany. They both offer a beautiful view from east to west, a great mountainline in the south and the city down the hill. They come with centralised heating, but no AC (not required in this area yet). Both appartments come with a 22kw EV charging point, and a garage plus an outdoor parking spot, each. Netflix Premium and AppleTV+ are included during your stay. The appartments are equipped with Apple Homekit, access can be provided upon request. A Homepod in the living rooms gives you access anyway. Panorama Joy #1 has about 82square meter size, it comes with 2 bedrooms, a living room with dining area, a full kitchen, huge bathroom with shower, a second restroom, all connected by a large corridor of marmor and mirrors. The large terrace is accessible via living room and master bedroom. Stairs from terrasse lead to the garden area. Garage with EV charger is on backside of the building. Panorama Joy #1 allows you to bring one pet upon request (chargeable). Panorama Joy #2 has about 78square meter size, it comes with 3 bedrooms, a living room with kitchen and dining area, a beautiful bathroom with shower, all connected by a large corridor of wood flooring. The balcony is accessible via living room. Garden area is accessible through a gate at the back of the building. Garage and parking area with EV charger are at the front of the building. Location is silent, but close to the city center which is just a walking distance away (5min). Panorama Joy #2 does not allow your bring any pets.

Claudia and Thomas are siblings. They did the overhaul of the building in 2025-2026. They are hands-on owners and try to be on site as often as possible to welcome you.

You will notice the peacefullness and silence of the neighbourhood, only the church rings regularly. We recommend you to walk to the nearby restaurants (Spanish, Greek, Italian, German, Chinese, Turkish) since most are <10min away and its a great view during the walk. Supermarkets such as Lidl, Netto, Hit are all in the same distance. Cafés are around the market place. Bakerys as well. Small shops are in this area, but e.g. FALKE/BOSS have an outlet in a 5min, Trigema and others in a 10min driving distance. A public swimming pool (outdoor) with waves is just a 5min walk away.
