Welcome to the "Pegasus Penhouse"! On the outskirts of Munich, we offer two different apartments in a quiet location, on the edge of an industrial area. Located at the upper floor of an office building, the two apartments are ideal for visiting the city and its surroundings. Both apartments are spacious and have their own terrace. Public transport also provides quick access to the city center. Private parking is available in front of the building.

In the immediate neighborhood you will find various supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The nearest bus stop is less than 100 meters from the house, from where you can reach the nearest subway station, "Fürstenried West," in just a few minutes. The A95 / Garmisch and A96 / Lindau motorways are both nearby.
