The cozy apartment is located on the lower ground floor (basement) and offers access to the garden via a staircase, with a lovely view of the outdoor area. The garden includes a designated smoking area and a swimming pool, which is available for an additional fee and by prior arrangement. A comfortable accommodation offering a relaxing stay with an additional outdoor space.
