The apartment is on the first floor and you will need to climb some stairs when you enter the building. It is a two bedroom apartment and both bedrooms have double bed and closets. The livingroom has a TV ,3 sofas and a dining table for 6 people. It has a street view. The kitchen has all equipments for cooking and dining, there is a bar table with 2 bar chairs and also small dining table with 4 chairs. There is a washing machine in the bathroom, and a drier rack if you need to wash your clothes. The iron board and iron is also available in the hall closet . It is quite close to the city center of Solingen where you can find many local and chain restaurants and shopping centers by only 20 min walk. There is a petrol station just opposite the left corner and 3 min walk away big supermarket which is open between 07:00am- 10:00 pm except Sundays. You can enjoy freshly baked croissant and bakeries from this supermarket during the day.

The nearest airports are Düsseldorf Airport and Cologne Bonn Airport. Both airports can be reached by train, from Solingen-Hauptbahnhof to Düsseldorf Airport in 47 min. and in 60 min to Cologne Bonn Airport. If you have a car it is shorter to reach the airports. There is a free parking area in front of the apartment, if there is no, just check all the way the Street. You will see the free parking area signs on both side of the road. You can also enjoy the neigbour cities like Dusseldorf, Köln, Achen, Dortmund and also visit the Netherlands in 2 hours drive and come back to your house in the evening. The location of the apartment is great if you are planning to visit many areas around Solingen. You can feel the confort of your house by renting this apartment.
