Ideal starting point for city and nature excursions: a few minutes-walk to the center and the magnificent Lichtentaler Allee, 5-minutes-walk to the popular “Rosengarten”. Planned hikes can be started directly from our front door. Further attractions such as the “the most beautiful casino in the world” (Marlene Dietrich), the famous "Caracalla" and the Irish-Roman Belle Epoque-SPA "Friedrichsbad" thermal bathes, as well as the "Festspielhaus" with its great program can be reached either by foot (decent walking distance) or by car (within a few minutes). The apartment is on the basement of an apartment house in a very quiet side road, with a view directly into the garden. It is situated on the sunny “Fremersberg”. Less than 2 kilometers to the center. You will find some of the most beautiful villas of Baden-Baden here, embedded in cultivated gardens. The apartment is centrally located. You can leave the car during your stay if you want. There is one bus stop nearby (approx. 5-minutes-walk). The bus runs twice an hour to the center and/or directly to the station.

I am always happy to welcome guests and to provide them a nice, relaxing time in my house. As an active hiker, I live almost ideal. Everything is within walking distance, whether I start to long hikes or just want to go to the center. It is important to me that my guests feel comfortable, have the feeling of being welcome and have a cozy, very quiet home in Baden-Baden.

Basically everything is within walking distance: the center with the shopping facilities, theater, casino, Kurhaus, Lichtentaler Allee, Burda Museum, the thermal baths, the golf course, even the Festspielhaus.
