1. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM.

Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM at the latest.

Early check-in or late check-out is only possible subject to availability and prior arrangement.

Guests who exceed the check-out time, thereby delaying cleaning, are liable for any resulting costs.

2. Local Bookings

Bookings by guests residing in Dessau-Roßlau or the immediate vicinity are only permitted upon prior arrangement with HeavenlyHome.

3. Smoking, Parties & Noise

Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire property.

Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted.

Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

In the event of a violation of the smoking ban, we will charge a contractual penalty of €300, plus all costs for special cleaning, odor removal, and any necessary repairs.

4. Photography and Videography

Commercial photography or videography is not permitted without prior written consent from HeavenlyHome.

Any unlawful use of the property is prohibited.

5. Unregistered Guests

Only the persons listed in the booking are permitted to stay at the property.

We charge €30 per night for each unregistered overnight guest.

6. Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Violations may result in additional cleaning and damage costs.

Guests with assistance dogs are asked to contact us prior to arrival.

7. Keys

The guest is liable for lost keys, key cards, or other means of access.

The party responsible bears the costs for replacement and any necessary measures. 8. Noise and Security Monitoring

Noise level monitoring systems may be used to ensure compliance with house rules.

Common areas may be subject to video surveillance for security reasons.

9. Damage

Guests are liable for any damage caused during their stay.

Any damage or defects must be reported to HeavenlyHome immediately.

10. Acceptance of House Rules

By completing the booking, guests acknowledge and accept these house rules.

Violations of these house rules may result in additional fees, claims for damages, and the immediate termination of the stay without a refund of the rental price.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 21:00:00 and 07:00:00.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
