Es handelt sich um eine kleine und gemütliche Neubauwohnung am schönen Rheine mit einem Balkon, der einen tollen Ausblick garantiert. Unsere Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man benötigt für einen schönen und ruhigen Aufenthalt.
Sankt Sebastian ist eine kleine Ortsgemeinde, welche ca. 7 km von Koblenz entfernt liegt und eine optimale Autobahnanbindung (Richtung Frankfurt, Trier und Köln) bietet. In der näheren Umgebung befindet sich eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit sowie in ca. 4 km Entfernung das Gewerbegebiet Mülheim-Kärlich mit zahlreichen Einkaufsoutlets. Spaziergänge an Rhein und in den Feldern sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Sankt Sebastian zeichnet sich durch eine sehr gute Infrastruktur, in Form von Ärzten, Apotheken und zahlreichen Bäckern aus. Tagesausflüge zu Burgen und Schlössern, sei es an Rhein & Mosel oder in die schöne Eifel sind durch die nahgelegene Bushaltestelle sowie mit dem Auto problemlos zu erreichen.
