The 24 m² accommodation features a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 3 guests. Air conditioning ensures a pleasant indoor climate even on hot days. A TV, children's books, and toys are provided for your enjoyment. Please note there is no Wi-Fi available. Bed linen and towels can be provided upon request. The private outdoor area includes an open terrace and a barbecue. The tiny house is just a 15-minute walk from the river. Nearby attractions, starting from 500 metres away, include the summer toboggan run, Sankt Agatha bathing lake, Schulerloch dripstone cave, Kelheim Liberation Hall, Falkenhof Rosenburg castle, and the Altmühltal Dinosaur Park. Charging electric vehicles on the property is not permitted, as there is no suitable charging facility. Public charging stations are available nearby. Families with children are welcome. On request, we are happy to provide a small travel cot for babies. Only dogs are allowed as pets (available for an extra fee). Please note that dogs are not allowed on beds or the sofa.
