Your spacious apartment is located on the ground floor and offers enough space for 4 people. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired, including a flat-screen TV and ceramic hob in the kitchen. Various exits lead to the outdoor terrace. Here you will find garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. The highlight is the 2500 square metre garden, where there is always something to discover. It has been lovingly landscaped and the outdoor pool with counter-current system is a great place to cool off. Here you will also find a communal sauna house (for a fee) with a party room. In addition to a separate WC, this house also has a fireplace. In the garden you will find further garden terraces on different levels. From these terraces on the slope you have a wonderful view of the water and the Elbe. The owners live on the first floor, but are not on site during the week. There is a cosy double bed in each of the two separate bedrooms. There are two more beds in the living area. Lauenburg is located directly on the Elbe and offers a comprehensive tourist infrastructure. You can bring your boat as a guest berth holder and purchase a guest fishing licence.
