Our small and cozy Aparthotel Villa Kuechwald is located in a calm and quiet area of Chemnitz, next to a large park. On the territory of our Aparthotel there is a very beautiful orchard, there is a lounge area in the open air, there is a place for barbecue and large family events. Due to its convenient location, this is an ideal place for a family holiday, walking and cycling in the beautiful Kuechwald Park. Walking distance to the city center through the beautiful places of Chemnitz. The bus stop is 80 meters from our house. The A4 highway is located 2.8 km away, convenient interchange. Street parking is free, there are always spaces. Parking for trucks and buses is possible.

Neighborhood info

Schloschemnitz is a district of the city of Chemnitz. The district was formed in 1859 from the two rural communities of Schlossgasse and Schlossvorwerk and was incorporated into the city on 1 October 1880. The B 95 (Leipziger Straße) and B 107 (Blankenauer Straße) motorways pass through Schloschemnitz. Schloschemnitz is located close to the A4 motorway. The district has many interesting attractions, including the Castle Church with the adjacent Schlossberg Museum, an ice rink with a speed skating rink, the Küchwald forest with its festival meadow, park railway and astronaut centre, as well as the Schönherr Park, the Castle Pond and the Castle School. The Chemnitz River flows through Schloschemnitz between Mühlenstrasse and the thermal power plant in Fürth.
