Property info

At the end of a dead end road the house is located in a very quiet environment and with a breathtaking view across the hilly landscape in Mecklenburg. Full privacy is guaranteed on the 50sqm terrace and the pool area. Both are not overlooked by anybody and the garden offers nearly 3,000 sqm of space. Children can play different sports and the adults can enjoy reading a book in the shade of an old walnut tree. In the early morning and evenings you can watch for deers, pheasants that might even take a walk through the end of the garden. Directly behind the house you can start hiking or biking to enjoy on a beautiful trail the Baltic Sea views and on the other hand within just three minutes by car you will reach the nice downtown area of Boltenhagen, Germany's old seaside shore with many restaurants, Cafés, shops and the large new marina of Tarnewitz
