Nice apartment recently renovated in the urbanization Gaviotas in the center of Santa Pola and close to the leisure area in the port and Gran Playa. The apartment has a south facing balcony, located on the second floor. The urbanization has a communal pool (open in July and August). Parking space subject to availability.
