Property info

Recently reconstructed historic building. It is located just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 100 meters from Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol. All apartments are similar but different. Please check the selected apartment before booking. Ideal for couples, friends, or families with children. Fully equipped apartments to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Additionally, they are very quiet despite being in the heart of the historic center.

Neighborhood info

Possibly the best location in the center of Madrid, right in the heart of the La Latina neighborhood and the area known as Madrid de los Austrias. Without a doubt, one of the most historic and best-located streets in the capital. A great variety of restaurants and bars await you for tapas!
