Amazing 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner duplex apartment on the the 6th floor of Block A in the Skol Building, in the heart of Marbella. This lovely holiday home has been renovated, and its incredible sea views almost give the impression of being on a ship at sea! Its delightful L-shaped corner terrace enjoys fantastic panoramic sea views from Málaga to Puerto Banus, ideal for breakfast, a romantic dinner under the stars, or sunbathing. 🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely. ❄ Private A/C in the bedrooms and the living room. 🏊‍♀️ Among the Skol's facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of 3 euros per day, and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis. 🔑 Main reception open 24/7 to accommodate late arrivals. ☕ Cafeteria open seasonally, with direct access to the promenade from the community gardens. 🛌 Bed linen and a set of towels (including beach/pool towel) per guest included in the rental price. 🚗 If you want a parking space, once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive information about the parking closest to the Skol Building.

A stroll along the palm-fringed Paseo Marítimo has long been one of Marbella’s most special charms. With its views across the Mediterranean to Gibraltar and the Rif Mountains of Morocco, and an endless selection of relaxing beach bars, it is a particularly attractive spot to watch the world go by.
