I hope you feel instantly at home in my house. You 'll enjoy the quality bedding in the master bedroom 180x200 and in the second bedroom quality bunkbed in 3 layers of 160x200. In this second bedroom you can put your stuff and clothes on space that you don't occupy. Enough space to put your clothes also in different wardrobes. Enjoy the huge terrace of 100m2 with private plunge swimming pool. Every week the poolman comes to check the quality of the water (if you are not home, he has access with his own key and just walks to the terrace-no worries about your belongings). In Spain you 'll live, eat, have breakfast mostly on the terrace at the big table of 8 persons. To protect you from the sun there is a huge parasol. Also 4 loungers to enjoy the sun (Protect them from a day of rain putting them under the covered part of the terrace-they are not waterproof, neither the sunmattresses). Above all, enjoy also the Paddle piste and the big common swimming pool with length of almost 50m. Just in front of the garage entrance of the building you have some outdoor fitness equipment of the city of Estepona that keep you fit.
I work in tourism and real estate a good part of my life and enjoy decorating and installing properties for holiday stays. The gastronomy in Estepona and surrounding area permits me to eat every day at different place and discover local cuisine. Not only the beach and Mediterranean Sea at only 15 min. walk are attractive for me, but also the possibility to go and hiking or take my bike in the direction of the Sierra Bermuda and countryside just at the other side from the Autopista are a big asset for my stays in Estepona.
Enjoy a selection of the 535 restaurants in Estepona. Enjoy also Estepona's small streets with white houses and the flowers and plants everywhere in the city. Estepona is proud of her name ' the 'garden of the Costa del Sol' Also the Paseo maritimo (no cars) is one of the last and best realizations of the city. Enjoy the Marina and Puerto Deportivo especially on Sunday with the market and a good bits in La Escollera a very local restaurant with fresh seafood.
