Apartment a few meters from the beach in a residential area with swimming pool, paddle tennis court and children's park, fully equipped with Alexa and Amazon fire stick in all rooms, with air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fan in each room, washing machine, oven, iron and hair dryer, is besieged in a very quiet area of Almerimar ideal to enjoy a good vacation. The measurements of the beds are: In the large bedroom we have a 135cm bed and the other bedroom we have a 1 bunk bed of 2 beds of 90cm each, they could also be individually (that is, two independent beds) only on request, and apart from a 90cm kangaroo bed.

It's a very quiet area, in a closed residential You have 2 ways to access, one is to leave through exit 820 towards Almerimar and follow all the signs until you reach Almerimar and when you arrive, look for old guards and before reaching old guards is the floor on the right, Recidencial Marinas San Miguel. The other is to exit by the 824 direction guards and when you reach the old guards look for the direction of Almeria and you find the floor on the left, Residencial Marinas San Miguel
