Vacation home legally registered. Our apartment is in a quiet and renovated residential complex inhabited throughout the year by people from the island. It is located in the center of the town of Candelaria and on the coast. It has everything you need to enjoy the stay and be as in your own home, including a private pool for the residential that is open throughout the year. It has a careful decoration and all the facilities for a comfortable stay, including bed linen, bath towels and beach, inflatable mattresses for the pool and board games for adults and beach for children. In the kitchen all the necessary cutlery and plates and glasses as well as cooking utensils are available in addition to all the appliances (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and oven) in addition to the small ones for daily use (water heater, juicer, bread toaster, etc). In the living room, the television equipped with cable broadcast, and the wi-fi network, free, can be enjoyed from the comfortable sofa and armchair.
Hello everyone, we are Laura and Sergio, two passionate people from Tenerife, that in 2017 we decided to rent our home for part of the year so that it can be enjoyed by all our guests. We are a young couple, Laura from Tenerife and Sergio Peninsular and living in the island for 4 years. We are proud of the place where we live and enjoy it whenever we can. Our interests are nature, culture, sports and local gastronomy, so we can help our guests in all the activities they want to develop during their stay on the island, recommending our guests places to visit, places to eat and Even doing with them, if they wish, some hiking activity.
The town of Candelaria is a small traditional village of Tenerife, known for having in its central square the Basilica of the Virgin of Candelaria, patron of the Canary Islands. A quiet town with a fisherman's past that is currently a tourist reference within the island. The town has number of restaurants serving traditional and international food, as well as supermarkets that are open 7 days a week. The outdoor pool of the town hall and its small beaches of callao (stones) and black sand are also highlighted by the inhabitants and visitors.
