For stays longer than 10 days, it will be considered a Seasonal Rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, requiring the signing of a seasonal rental contract.

Where will I stay? Gran Alacant, Comunidad Valenciana, Spain, is a city with a wide range of services, including restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. It is mainly composed of residential areas and housing in the Cape of Santa Pola, and it boasts beautiful natural beaches with blue flags. At the entrance of Gran Alacant, you will find the highest concentration of supermarkets and restaurants, but there are several scattered throughout both the upper and lower parts of the area. The nearest beaches, such as El Carabassi and Arenales del Sol, are about 3 kilometers away and feature fine, golden sands, formed by a system that combines recent high dunes, fossil dunes, and pine forests of great geological and environmental value. Besides enjoying the sun, you can participate in nautical activities such as paddle surfing, kitesurfing, surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, among others. There is a "Summer School" with activities for the little ones. Other activities include hiking, cycling, paragliding, and walks through the Clot de Galvany Park. Just 8 kilometers away, Santa Pola offers a wide range of gastronomic, sporting, and cultural activities. Attractions include the Pola Park amusement park and the Rio Safari Elche.
