You have access to a shared outdoor area with a fenced pool, garden, children's pool, and tennis court. The communal pool is open during summer (second half of June to end of September). Outside these dates, opening times may vary according to community regulations, so use of the pool cannot be guaranteed out of season. Public transport links are within walking distance. Free street parking is available. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. The property is step-free throughout and the building has an elevator. Water-saving devices are installed.
