Property info

Absolute beach front complex has direct access to beach through private gate. Is perfect location for beach lovers as you can hear the waves lapping against the shore from the apartment. There is a lovely Spanish beach bar within a few minutes walk and the popular bars, restaurants, shops, banks, newsagent, etc. of Calahonda are located a short walk away. Malaga airport is 30 min. drive away and Marbella just 10 min., Puerto Banus is 15 min. Numerous golf courses in the area. The port of Cabopino is a 15 minute walk away along the beach with its many bars and restaurants. Quiet and private complex with a number of shared pools and a gate to the beach. Community is well maintained. There are three communal swimming pools including paddling pools. Excellent location for families, couples.

Mijas Costa is a diverse stretch of coastline on the Costa del Sol, nestled between Fuengirola and the east Marbella,an ideal destination for both family and friend holidays, with safe beaches and local shops, bars, restaurants and golf on hand. Mijas Costa is the perfect holiday destination for lazy beach holidays. You have both the beach and excellent amenities on your doorstep; a car hire is recommended, but not essential. La Cala de Mijas is an excellent all-round holiday destination. It enjoys a village feel, with excellent amenities, a long stretch of golden sandy beach and heaps of restaurants, bars and beach cafes to choose from. There is a large market held every Saturday in the fairground and throughout July and August there is a beachside market and during a week in August, a Medieval Market is held in the main square with food, music, artisan stalls and children’s activities.
