Hi, we’d like to welcome you to Alta Luminara. When you stay with us, you’re not managed by a generic agency — you’re looked after personally by us. With over a decade in hospitality, our focus has always been simple: thoughtful hosting, attention to detail and creating relaxed, memorable stays. Our journey began in 2013 with a spontaneous trip from the UK to Portugal. What started as a last-minute booking quickly became a permanent move and the start of our life in guest hospitality, owning and managing several villas. In 2017, a Mediterranean cruise introduced us to Cádiz. Captivated by its history and atmosphere, we relocated and created No. 14 and No. 38 Cádiz — two successful luxury adults-only apartments. Following the challenges of 2020, we embraced a new chapter in Arcos de la Frontera, opening accommodation at Arcos Gardens Golf Club before converting a historic townhouse into a boutique hotel in 2023. In 2025, drawn back to the coast, we relocated to Estepona and soon discovered beautiful Benahavís. When we found this hillside residence, we knew Alta Luminara would be our next home — and yours, during your stay. Our adventures may have evolved, but our passion for hospitality remains unchanged. Alta Luminara is located in the hills of Benahavís, one of the most desirable residential areas on the Costa del Sol. The property enjoys a peaceful setting while remaining close to a wide range of amenities.
